1) Solution Monitoring
We have worked hard to develop a monitoring solution that provides the metrics required to enable your team and ours to support and manage the solution. Based on Science Logic, our team have worked very hard to ensure that the right alerts are captured, alerting us to any issues with your solution so that we can react instantly and minimise any customer impact.
The solution is equally applicable to on-premise deployments and cloud infrastructure with multiple connectors available for the private and public cloud infrastructure. Whilst we may not be able to fix the public cloud, we can alert you to the issues being experienced so that communications can be sent out.
2. Managed Support
The best way to ensure maximum uptime is to proactively manage, patch and monitor the solution. We are specialists and as such, we only support solutions that we are 100% comfortable with which means you can rest assured that, as the experts, we are going to maximise uptime and provide speedy resolution to any issues experienced.
Included within our management is the patching and vendor maintenance which can often be a large overhead on in-house support teams.

Cisco

ScienceLogic develops specialist monitoring and alarming software that has been designed from the ground up to suit the monitoring requirements of Hybrid IT. Science Logic is equally as capable monitoring solutions managed on a customers premise as it is monitoring cloud-based solutions from Azure, AWS and Office 365.
Kytec recently invested in Science Logic after it became clear that our existing monitoring platform was not meeting our requirements, and if we were to continue to thrill our managed clients with our responsiveness and insight, we would need to make a change.
Science Logic now delivers 80% of all monitoring and alarming and is providing extensive insights into our customer’s environments.
Telstra

Telstra provide all data links into Kytec’s hosted Contact Center environment. Based around Cisco’s packaged UCCE, Kytec provides a hosted contact center environment that also integrates with Telstra’s TCCCP providing customers an end to end cloud based collaboration and contact center through the Telstra network.
Next DC

Next DC provide the data center services in Sydney and Melbourne for our hosted Cisco powered Contact Center solution. Customer’s are able to rest assured that the solution is based in Tier 1 data centers and Next DC provide an excellent level of service.
